Team building through art
As we all adjust to the new world of hybrid work, it’s harder than ever to truly connect with our team members, build a sustainable company culture and develop deep and trusted relationships.
The need to develop effective working relationships is even more critical as teams blend working from the office with working from home, while often being based in different cities, countries or continents.
We believe that’s where art can play a unique role in facilitating a group experience that goes deeper than casual small talk. Coming together to discuss art offers a brilliant opportunity for an entertaining and, at the same time, thought-provoking exchange.
Arteams’ aim is to create an open space for playful dialogue and active participation.
By looking at art with new eyes and sharing your thoughts with your team members, we aim to give you a renewed appreciation for the diversity of views and perspectives within your team. You learn something about your team members, yourself and art.
Participants in our Arteams events don’t need any prior knowledge or painting or drawing skills as we approach artworks intuitively. There is no right or wrong when it comes to appreciating art.
- Where: we can connect with your team virtually via the platform of your choice (Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams etc). In northern Germany we can also come to your business or meet in a museum.
- Time: we recommend that sessions be a minimum of 1 hour
- Size: from 3 to 20 participants
- Cost: starting at 300 euro
About us
Lina Scheewe M.A. and Dr. Annika Landmann are art historians based in Hamburg. Lina has worked for various museums in art education and exhibition development. Annika has worked as a scientist and author, as well as giving workshops and seminars on art.
Our passion is to connect people with art and open new conversations through the lens of art.
